Just launched another new OBX Foreclosure website, which gives you all yet another way to search for homes.  The new site is www.OBXWaterfrontForeclosures.info and does exactly what it sounds like it should do.

The site is designed exclusively for the buyers looking for Waterfront OBX Foreclosures.  There are a few different search options including Oceanfront, Soundfront, Canalfront, Creekfront, Pondfront and so on.

This site is automatically linked with the Outer Banks MLS system so it is 100% live and up to date.

Few New Website Features - Town & Price Range Searches!

As many of you know I have between 75 - 100 websites that 100% for information regarding Outer Banks Foreclosures.  Many of the sites I own and design will display a list of OBX Foreclosures from the highest priced down to the lowest.

In the last few weeks I have had some requests for a website that would the following.

1. Separate the Listings by Outer Banks Towns
2. Separate the Listings by Asking Price

As a result I have redesigned a few of my sites to do exactly that.  The site below is 100% live and pulled directly from our Outer Banks MLS system and as a result if updated daily.  

When you arrive at the site you will have 5 options.

1. To View all All OBX Foreclosures
2. To Search by Town
3. To Search by Price Range
4. To View a List of OBX Home-site Foreclosures
5. To View a List of OBX Short Sale Properties.

With options 1-3, after you select a certain selection please make sure you use your internet browsers back arrow to return to the page to continue searching.
