OBX Vacation Raffle!

Good Morning All

I am a memeber of a local Rotary Club (Kitty Hawk Rotary) and it is coming time for us to host our annual Pro/Am Golf tournament.

The Owner of my Company (Village Realty) was nice enough to donate two 3 Day | 2 Night Vacations on different parts of the Outer Banks in order to help raise money by raffling off the tickets.

1st Prize - 3 Day | 2 Night Stay at The Historic Castle on Ocracoke Island - The Castle at Silver Lake Bed and Breakfast
2nd Prize - 3 Day | 2 Night Stay at the First Colony Inn in Nags Head - First Colony Inn

Tickets are $5.00 Each or 5 for $20.00.

Proceeds from the Raffle along with the Golf Tourament go to the following Charities.

1. Food for Thought - Food For Thought Outer Banks - North Carolina
2. Community Care Clinic of Dare - Healthcare is not a luxury...it's a necessity. - AboutUs
3. Shoes for Kids Program
4. Local Scholarships

New Layout... Same Great Information

Don't worry you are still at the same blog!

Question... Who of my readers is on Facebook?

Good Morning All,

A few weeks ago I started a facebook group for OBX Foreclosures.  Since then I have worked on promoting this group with little success (I'm better at website promotion than facebook promotion).  Well while playing around on facebook yesterday I noticed that they now have "widgets" to help you promote your pages, so that's what I did. 

If you scroll down my BLOG a little bit you will see on the left hand side "OBX Foreclosures on Facebook" and an option to become a fan!  So please take a quick second and become a fan of us on Facebook & spread the word to your friends and family.

A Few Additional OBX Foreclosure Sites

For those of you who cannot wait for my weekly updated foreclosure website I have answered your prayers. 

For the most recent list of Outer Banks Foreclosure properties (100% Live) from our MLS system please visit www.AllOBXForeclosures.com. 

When visiting www.AllOBXForeclosures.comyou will be asked to register for access to the site & after that you will be taken to a list of OBX Foreclosures.

Personally I like the www.mattmyatt.com/OBXForeclosure.htm layout better, but I just wanted to add an additional option for people to look at.
