Finally had a few minutes of break time in my office and I decided to take a look at some sales numbers. Well since my office is located at the South entrance to The Currituck Club I figured I would start there.
Over the last 12 months a total of $19.6 Million has been sold within the gates of The Currituck Club (Single Family Homes) by 22 different agents & 15 different Real Estate Firms.
The top 5 Real Estate Firm Rankings are as follows.
- Village Realty - $6,247,000
- Kitty Hawk Land Company - $3,237,000
- Sun Realty - $1,866,250
- Brindley Beach - $1,289,463
- Coldwell Banker - $1,040,000
Which is great news for us agent here at Village Realty & shows how hard we are working even in what many are considering a "slow market."
Now let's take these numbers 1 step further & break them down per agent volume. Since I do not have permission from all agents to use their names in this BLOG, I will only post my name and my ranking.

Many are saying that we are in a slow market, where money is hard to come by...
I couldn't disagree more, this is one of the best buyers markets we have seen in years. Rates are still low, inventory is up & prices are down, resulting in some great opportunities for buyers looking for their piece of the Outer Banks.
