Sites Now 100% LIVE! All The Time!

With the OBX Foreclosure & OBX Short Sale market continuing to grow, it has become a tedious task for me to update these sites on my planned "weekly basis."  Although I was able to stay up on my OBX Foreclosure website because there are less listings it became almost impossible to do so on my Short Sale site.

Well problem solved!  I have signed up with a new company that will deliver live feed updates to my OBX Short Sale Site!  This will make the site 100% live at all times!  When a new listing comes on the market it will be on my OBX Short Sale site.  I have made a few different search options on this site.

1. All OBX Short Sales
2. Search Short Sales by Town

3. Search Short Sales by Price

I think you will like the layout and design of the new site.  My OBX Short Sale site links in with www.mattmyatt.com so if after following any of the links on www.OBXShortSale.complease use your back button on your browser in order to return to OBXShortSale.com

As for my OBX Foreclosure site, I am going to keep updating this site on a weekly basis (Monday), sometimes the automatic search misses some of the Bank Owned homes and I want to make sure you have the most accurate list of what is on the market.

If you would like to sign up for email updates of either my OBX Short Sale or OBX Foreclosure site please complete the following.

1. Create and account using the following link - http://www.mattmyatt.idxco.com/idx/4491/userLogin.php & follow the steps
2. Complete an "Advanced Search" & Select the following options (for Short Sale) - Select the Potential Short Sale - "Yes" Option & (for Bank Owned) - Under the Financing Options select - Bank Owned. If you want both, do one at a time!

3. Complete the search.

4. Save the Search

5. Select the option that says "My Saved Searches" & make sure email updates are on!

OBX Foreclosure Site Updated & New Layout!

I would like to start by wishing you all a Happy Memorial Day!

 

As with all these emails, this is a quick note to let ya'll know that I just completed my weekly update on my OBX Foreclosure site.

 

On top of the weekly update, I have just re-vamped all of my websites.  I think you will notice the difference and I hope you like the new look.  The main difference is that I moved the Bank Owned Vacant Lots to their own page.  You will see the link right at the top my foreclosure site.  Also, please let me know what you think about the new site.
